It’s as simple as it gets: We collect, update, and provide the vital information everyone needs to sell and purchase parts online. NetCom is a catalog platform covering the North American market and representing 800+ of national and exclusive brands. No other automotive parts catalog drives business productivity as efficiently as NetCom absolutely for FREE.

WHO USES THIS SITE?

NETCOM PARTS is primarily used by automotive industry professionals whos primary activity is searching for parts and accessories; such as countermen and technical advisors. Thanks to its freeware, NetCom also joins hundreds of mechanics, fleet managers and car enthusiasts who want to re-acquire the freedom to choose their spare parts. Although concentrated in North America, our users come from several countries involved in the import-export sector of the US industry.

IS IT REALLY FREE?

There is no limitation of time or frequency in the use of NETCOM PARTS when browsing for parts daily or occasionally. Only private brands require prior authorization to be activated and are therefore not all accessible to users who browse Netcom for free. However, there are many advanced features that are reserved to our paid subscriptions.

HOW FREQUENTLY ARE THE CATALOGS BEING UPDATED ON NETCOM?

Every brand published on NetCom is invited to choose a plan for the maintenance of their catalog content (vehicle coverage, product sheets, assets, images, etc). Our plans are tailored to the size and the reality of each brand (small and large). For brands concerned with keeping their catalog data up to date at all time or in specific occasions (on-demand), our team is committed to processing every received updates within a maximum of one business day ─ accordingly to our well-acclaimed Service Level Agreement.

WHY SOME BRANDS DO NOT APPEAR IN NETCOM?

There are thousands of active brands in the automotive aftermarket industry, each targeting a more or less broader market. NetCom publishes catalogs of the most popular national and private brands available in the US and Canada. In order for a brand to be displayed for free on NetCom, it must have ACES/PIES-compliant data and then contact our dedicated Catalog Team to plan their onboarding.

I HAVE FOUND AN ERROR IN ONE OF THE CATALOGS ... WHAT CAN I DO?

Every error found in a catalog will be communicated to the manufacturer if it is reported to us. Our Catalog Team manages these errors on a case-by-case basis and follows up to ensure that they are resolved as soon as possible. To communicate an error to us, do not hesitate to open a ticket as indicated in the HELP DESK section above.

HOW CAN I LEARN TO USE NETCOM?

We are working actively to release online tools and documentation to help our users getting the most out of their NetCom solution: including tutorials, tooltips and a self-service knowledge base.
